Free Wine Tasting and Wine purchases can be made in the onsite café, along with our other handcrafted products.
Our wines are handcrafted using traditional methods of winemaking, by hand preparing and pressing small quantities of fruit and vegetables – where possible, locally grown and spray free. Our wines are light and the lingering fruit flavours are an excellent compliment to summer occasions.
Particularly popular are Feijoa, with its aromatic bouquet, delightful with white meats, fish, cheese and pasta dishes; Black Doris Plum, a soft simple Red which brings to life beef and lamb; and of course our Boysenberry which when sipped in conjunction with apple pie and ice cream is a flavour sensation of its own. (For an added magical taste experience – place a few fresh boysenberries in the glass and mix 50 -50 with sparkling wine).
Seasonal availability of fruit and vegetables affects supply.
The clarity of our wines is achieved because of our filtering system and our pure local water supply.
We also produce homemade Jams, Jellies, Chutneys and Sauces in the old fashioned small batch method. Our products have NO ARTIFICIAL ADDITIVES, FLAVOURS OR COLOURINGS. Where possible, we use local spray free produce. From the delicate Quince Jelly to hearty Spicy Plum Chutney the many exciting flavours will add an exquisite taste to your breakfast toast, a savoury muffin, cheese and crackers, your meats or your favourite meal.
